If you love Thai food like us, panang curry must be one of your favorites. Panang curry is a slightly milder and creamier version of Thai red curry. In fact, panang curry paste, the base used to make the dish, is very similar to red curry paste. What sets the two dishes apart is panang curry’s creamy coconut milk gravy. It is also a dry curry, so there’s only enough gravy to coat the meat, tofu and/or vegetables.
